About · Billing4ABA

Hi, I’m Ahsan. I built the billing partner ABA owners kept asking me for.

Billing4ABA is a small, founder-led company that does one thing: billing for ABA practices. This page is the why behind it — and who you’ll actually be talking to.

Chapter 01

What I kept seeing

I’ve spent years around ABA billing, and the same story kept repeating. Brilliant BCBAs — the clinicians families wait months to see — were losing their evenings to denials, credentialing dead ends and aging AR they never had time to chase.

None of it was clinical. It was paperwork nobody owned: an authorization that quietly ran out, a modifier a payer changed, an application waiting on one missing form.

Behind every stuck claim was a session that already happened.

that’s the part I couldn’t let go of.

Chapter 02

Why general billers miss ABA

Most owners I met had tried a general billing company at some point. Their clinic was one account among a hundred — pediatrics, mental health, physical therapy — and ABA, with its units, authorizations, modifiers and payer quirks, was the one nobody on the other end really understood.

At a general billing company

Your clinic is one dot in a hundred, next to specialties that bill nothing like ABA.

At Billing4ABA

A small number of ABA clinics at a time, each with a named biller who knows it.

That isn’t a knock on anyone. ABA is simply different: hours have to be authorized before they’re delivered, every unit has to match the note, and every payer has its own rules about who can render what.

Chapter 03

So we built the opposite

three promises, kept small on purpose.

So we stopped working around the problem and built the thing that should have existed all along: a billing partner that only does ABA, runs it like an operator, and stays small enough to actually know your clinic.

  1. 1ABA only.Every claim, appeal and credentialing packet we touch is ABA, so the playbook gets sharper with every clinic — never diluted.
  2. 2You always see it.A short note every Monday in plain English, an aging report you can read in 30 seconds, and a real person who answers.
  3. 3Paid when you are.We earn a share of what we collect, so cleaning up old AR is in both our interests from day one.See pricing →
Chapter 04

New company, experienced people

these aren't things we're learning.

Billing4ABA itself is new, and we’re taking on a small number of first clinics on purpose. The experience behind it isn’t new: I work alongside a team with 50+ combined years in ABA claims, denials, credentialing, authorizations and AR.

We’re selective about who we take on. The goal isn’t to serve every clinic — it’s to work with clinics where we can see the billing problem clearly, build the right workflow, and be honest about what’s fixable.
